puerto rico sunshine

in february i traveled to puerto rico w some friends for a girls surf adventure. it was super fun and beautiful. we stayed in rincon and traveled to the nw coast each day for some fun chest high waves, we just missed the swell but still had fun waves and lots of sunshine. we also adventured to a waterfull one day, this spot San Sebastian has 2 waterfalls you hike to one then up to the other. Really beautiful and fun to jump in. can't wait for more adventures this year. peace & love!

hello 2011! it's about time i welcomed you here. it been a busy 2010 of peace owl fun and i am excited for more adventures ahead in 2011. This past year I am thankful for the adventures I had with the Peace Owls. I still have to pinch myself to believe I was in the Spring Issue of Boho Mag. And all the fun events I was in at my second home The Bubble IWAN Gallery. Plus craft shows/ festivals around south florida- Stitch Rock, Grenolds Park Love In Festival, Lake Worth It Fest, Odd Duck, Palm Beach Music & Art Fest, Retro & Geek Odd Duck, Indie Craft Bazaar. It was also an amazing year of buddies and mini adventures, music, beach, bike rides, dancing, smiles and sunshine. Even with the cloudy days, the not so great times they all work together with the good and the bad and keep us looking forward to whats ahead. So welcome 2011! happy 2011 here are my resolutions: *go on more adventures!  go more places see more beauty, see more nature, more smiles, meet new faces, expl...

art basel is magical

  from december 1 to december 5th i entered a magical place called Art Basel. it is a huge art event that spreads to a few parts of Miami. There is the main Art Basel event which is huge and held inside a convention center down there, and then there tons of other events all over the area. Events spread from Wynwood area, to the Design District, to Miami Beach, inside gallerys, inside warehouse, inside lofts, on streets, sidewalks, alleyways, everywhere you turn is something to marvel at. My favorites of the days were the Peter Tunney Experiment and Rainbow City by Friends with You . Both were magical in there own ways, Peter Tunney's art gives off powerful and possitive messages and has a beautiful style. Very eye catching and inspiring. I wanted to live in his exhibit, it had a great 60s feel to it, not that i've been there but i can imagine. Another land I wanted to live in was Rainbow City by Friends with you .
