Indie Craft Bazaar's Bohemian Craftsody was a summer lovin' indie craft fair on July 23, 11. It was a perfect sunshiney summertime show with crafty friends vending under a big white tent, with some friendly fans. i shared a table with my twin sis jessica who does Chloe The Hot Dog & Friends art and paintings. It is always fun having her by my side. I lucked out in that sisterly friend department. this show was exciting because i designed the flyer art for the event, a retro flower camper with peace owl along for the ride. i always enjoy creating flyer art for events like this. you can see more photos from the show on my facebook art page here . peace and love!

this sunday july 18th was the indie craft bazaar - peace, love & craftyness. it was a fun craft show held outside under a large tent at the cinema paradiso in fort lauderdale fl. it was a fun summertime craft/ vintage show with about 60 crafty folks selling handmade/ vintage and recycled goodies. It even had a tie die station. i designed the flyer and it was so fun meeting lots of new and old crafty pals. the day was filled with happy customers and smiles. it is so fun being surrounded by crafty folks all wanting to make local shoppers happy with the things they create. i have more photos on my facebook page including some of my crafty friends at there booths, including links to there etsy shops. check them out! i will be updating my etsy shop soon. i have a HUGE event at The Bubble this Friday Thee itty bitty Blazer Gala -part II it is a big art/ fashion/ music event. My friend Tatiana is moving to NC and as her birthday/ going away/ i'll miss you present i painted her a Peace Owl Longboarding Free Bird. This Peace Owl is hanging 10, or two stick legs. She is moving to NC with her BF Thomas and I can't wait to visit. I'd love to road trip there and find some adventures, enjoy the nature and run through some flower fields. Peace & Love!

i love you like sunshine on a cloudy day. some things i am looking forward to this summer: july 10 - 13: cruise with family to the bahamas (i took this photo on the last and first cruise i was on in 2005) august 15 - 22: surfing trip with family to costa rica(photo taken with water camera at witches rock 2004) raindance 2 music & art festival in tampa, florida this one will be bigger and better than the last Raindance more music, more art, more peace owls, more bubbles, more sunshine, more camping, more peace, and more love. october 3: stitch rock indie craft fair & bazaar this will be my first time with an art booth at stitch rock and i am thrilled! it is the ultimate indie craft show in downtown delray beach, florida located in a vintage gymnasium. here is my curious kitten dandelion and chloe modeling next to a painting i did yesterday. it represents being free like a bird. i had fun painting lots of colorful feathers. :)
